I just wanted to submit this photo of me and my husband. I am 5’11.5 and my husband is maybe 5’7. The height doesn’t look as bad here because the photographer made me stand on an incline and my head is tilted down. But the point is, when I first met him 6 years ago, I wasn’t interested. Too short. Then I got to know him and I didn’t notice the height difference anymore. I still don’t until I catch someone staring. Oh well, love is worth it and you shouldn’t have to settle for a guy *just* because he is taller than you. Fall in love with someone who loves you for you whether he is short, tall, or in between.
My boyfriend is 5’7” and I’m 5’11.5” also. I Sooooo know what you mean
